A Brisbane City apartment has been listed with a reduction of $100,000 on its previous sale price.

It traded for $454,000 on construction in 2014. 

Tracie Harrington of Harringtons holds the listing, which has an asking price of $360,000.

Situated at 3006/43 Herschel Street, inside the Meriton Infinity building, the unit has views of the CBD, parklands, Southbank and Brisbane River.

Set on 59 sqm, the 30th floor residence comes unfurnished.

The listing notes the home could be rented at $390 to $420 pw.

Residents in the Meriton Infinity building have access to a lap pool, heated spa and an on-site caretaker.

The home was unable to sell at a February 9 auction.

According to CoreLogic, the annual change in median price in Brisbane City over the past 10 years is 0.6%.
