Grill'd Simon McNamara sells 1930s Malvern home

Melbourne entrepreneur Simon McNamara, co-founder of Grill’d, sold his 1930s Malvern family home last month.

It had been his family home since 2009 when his wife, Georgina paid $1.25 million.

Michael Armstrong of Kay Burton secured the sale with an undisclosed price.

The 4 Derril Avenue, Malvern home had $3.5 million plus hopes by the entrepreneur who is also into trampolining playparks Bounce.

There's a trampoline in the backyard too.
