Belle Property lists three Ashfield Central retail spaces
Three new retail shops facing Liverpool Road in the upcoming Ashfield Central project are listed through Belle Property Commercial Inner West.
The Abacus Property Group development comprises of 101 apartments above the three retail lots.
The development, located in the heart of Ashfield’s commercial precinct, is described as prime real estate by Belle Property Commercial Inner West agent, Rocco Tripodi.
“This part of Liverpool Road is prime real estate for businesses because the Ashfield Mall and train station generate an enormous amount of traffic flow every day.
"In fact, we see the highest volumes of pedestrian foot traffic on this Liverpool Road Retail Strip compared to any other precinct in the area,” he said.
Rocco citing the recent sales of ANZ Bank and Chemist Warehouse at strong yields, as reinforcement of the substantial interest in the suburb.
“This is further reinforced by the commencement of the redevelopment of Ashfield Mall, which will include 101 new and sold-out residential apartments, substantial expansion of the shopping centre, 100 place childcare centre and the three retail strata shops on Liverpool Road that we are offering."
Offers for the Ashfield Central retail close March 22.
Recently two retail properties in the heart of Ashfield fetched a combined $14.53 million.
