ASX-Listed Buymyplace.com.au (BMP) has purchased an end-to-end DIY property management company for $2 million.

Pleased.Property (Pleased) was founded 18 mponths ago by Jeremy Goff, alongside Gerard Holland and Domenic Saporito of GADA Technology.

It offers optional live video condition inspections for long-distance property management.

“Pleased enables owners and renters to carry out every possible interaction, communication and transaction for their rental property on a single secure platform,” said Goff

“Our best-in-class technology platform will further enhance BMP’s core value proposition, allowing customers greater choice and control over their property investments.

“This transaction is a win-win solution for all parties involved.”

Colin Keating, CEO of BMP, said the success of BMP to date proves that the real estate sector is ripe for disruption.

“Rental transactions are a relatively untapped opportunity for our business, but one where we can immediately begin to capture greater revenue from our existing customer base, expand our market and offer our customers greater choice and control across the spectrum of property transactions

“This acquisition is a key pillar in our buy, rent and sell strategy.”
