Andrew Winter gets third agent and sets auction for redundant Sanctuary Cove home

Selling Houses Australia property guru Andrew Winter and wife Caroline have decided to go to auction to sell their redundant Sanctuary Cove home.

And have opted for their third agents to find the elusive buyer.

Its initial since was back in January when asking $3,995,000. The next agents came in April.

Charlon Delos Angeles and Alister Billingsley from Amir Mian Prestige Properties have a September 15 auction date.

Winter renovated the Marine Drive East home after paying $1.9 million in 2017.

The marketing suggests the home was subject to a renovation under the supervision of an architect, interior designer and landscape designers.

Each of the Tuscan-inspired home's five bedrooms open to the swimming pool.

The Winters have are trading in Sanctuary Cove for Mermaid Beach where they've spent $1,525,000 on a single storey, three bedroom renovation project.
