Duck Hollow, the vast Pokolbin property set amid vineyards, has sold for $1.3 million.

The 20 hectare estate features around 2.4 hectares of established vineyards which have in recent years been sold to local winemakers.

They have Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes.
