Hampton House sells for Kiama record

Hampton House, the luxury Kiama home, has sold for $3.35 million, the biggest beachside sale in the coastal inlet.

The property, which is said to have been inspired by the Hamptons, was built after it last traded for $1.74 million in 2007.

Lime Builders constructed the four bedroom, four bathroom home, complete with environmentally friendly features such as e-glass energy efficient windows.

The Tingira Crescent home on 600 sqm has a number of outdoor spaces including a fully glassed scenic entertainment balcony and private enclosed, professionally landscaped garden courtyard incorporating a water feature, stone floor tiling and bronze statue figurine.

Raine & Horne Kiama agent Steve Pryor sold the home after 59 days.
