Several apartment complex opportunities have been listed around Bondi.
There is a block of eight units, known as 48 Roscoe Street, Bondi Beach (pictured below) to be sold in one line on February 23 through Sotheby’s.
A whole strata block of four on Bondi North’s Ben Buckler peninsula was listed last month. Each semi style unit at 138 Hastings Parade comprises two bedrooms plus study, plus outdoor area.
Its marketing was through Raine & Horne Double Bay agents Ric Serrao and Dion Markovics.
There are plans for an additional level penthouse.
Serrao also has a former block of four apartments listed on O’Brien Street (pictured in title). It has been a synagogue with upstairs accommodation.
It has been listed in conjunction with Metro Commercial.
