Arts lover Paris Neilson has sold her renovated Millers Point terrace at an undisclosed price, but believed to be around $6 million.

The daughter of Kerr and Judith Neilson bought the Georgian-style Lower Fort St terrace for $2,115,000 in 2011.

The four-storey, 1850s London-style corner terrace was then lavishly modernised by Design5Architects.

McGrath Millers Point agents Richard Shalhoub and Andrew Stewart secured the sale after two months.

The lack of car parking was always going to be the issue for a sales success.

Neilson and husband Todd Buncombe now call an $11.8 million Balmain East waterfront property home.
