Pic-a-Pine Park, an equine complex in Sutton Forest has been listed at $2.5 million.

The facility includes 23 stables, eight of which are indoors, equine walking machine, separate posts and rail yards, irrigation to all paddocks from the dam and equine swimming facilities. 

Spread over 20 hectares, 271 Exeter Road also includes a single bedroom flat with one bathroom.
