A riverfront Hawthorne house has sold for $2.12 million making it Brisbane’s most expensive weekend auction sale.

Located at 33 Aaron Avenue, the 683 square metre property has views of both the river and city.

Built in 2005 it last sold for $2,125,000 in 2014.

It features three levels with the first floor containing large living and kitchen areas that opens to the undercover alfresco and pool area.

The kitchen has European stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, intergrated coffee machine and granite benchtops.

Upstairs features additional living areas well as a separate study that leads to the river-view terrace.

The other bedrooms all have their own built-in robes, while the master bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in robe.

A large rooftop terrace is also featured upstairs.

Other features includes a four car garage with enough space for a gym.

Oxford Street and Hawthorne areas are minutes away while the CBD is five kilometres from the property.
