Craig Campbell, the executive producer and creator of The Project, is selling his Balaclava warehouse conversion.

The designer home, in a 1910s former foundry, features exposed brick feature walls, vaulted and beamed ceilings and full width steel framed windows and doors.

It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living room with built in bar opens to the private courtyard with water feature.

Campbell, who co-owns Roving Enterprises with tv presenter and comedian Rove McManus, paid $285,000 in 1994.
