Only one apartment remains at Lowe Living's Azura Aspendale

The Melbourne-based developer Lowe Living have only one apartment remaining in their luxury Bayside development Azura Aspendale, which saw solid sales growth despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Foster Street townhouse and apartment development was launched in March last year, the same month COVID had Australian's in lockdown. Within six months of the project launch, 26 of the 27 residences had sold.

Construction is well underway on Azura Aspendale, a mix of eight townhouses and 19 apartments created by design-studio Golden. They created the homes in collaboration with landscape architect Jack Merlo and Chamberlain Architects.The project is expected to be completed in late 2021.
