Port Lane is the latest development from the Melbourne developer ID_Land.

The townhome project of 122 residences draws on its beachside location just minutes from the Sandridge Beach sand.

The three bedroom, two bathroom homes, designed by Rothelowman with interiors from Hecker Guthrie, start from $1,025,000.

It's the location of Port Lane that has buyers, particularly owner-occupiers, quickly interested.

The development at 201 Williamstown Road takes prime position in the sought-after suburb of Port Melbourne, less than five minute walk to the Port Melbourne dog beach.

It's slightly further stroll to Port Melbourne Pier, or a shorter cycle on the Bay Trail along the beach.

There's immediate access to public transport. The tram takes 20 minutes to reach the CBD.

Within walking distance is the popular Greg & Bliss, the coffee pitstop by day and cocktail bar by night, as well as as all-day breakfast served at Station St Trading Co and Portofino inspired fine dining at Ciao Cielo.

Port Lane is also a short walk down Williamstown Road to the beating heart of Southbank.

Further afield, Port Lane provides convenient access over the Westgate Bridge to get out of Melbourne and head down to the Bellarine Peninsula.
